Dental Insurance and Payment Options
Financing Your Care
We are paticipants of the following insurances: Florida Combined Life We will no longer be participating providers with Delta as of July 1st. Dr. Mooney is no longer participating in Cigna Insuance or Savings Plan.
Should you have a different insurance than listed above, we will collect our standard fees from you and gladly submit your insurance claim for reimbursement to be paid directly to you. Any questions on this process in regards to your plan, will need to be directed to your insurance company. We do not submit to secondary insurance.
Additionally, we do offer a in house savings plan for $250 annually per individual and $50 for each additioanl person in the same home. The plan will save a patient 50% off all hygigne services and 20% off all Dr. services, and you pay as you need versus paying a premium monthly, a deductible and there is no limit.
Payment options:
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.

- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
